Thanksgiving - Observed on the fourth Thursday in November (4
night min)
Christmas - If 25th is Saturday, then observed on Friday before.
If 25th is Sunday, then observed on Monday after (4 night min)
New Years Eve - Observed on December 31st (3 night minimum)

Off-Season Weekday Special (April & May)
During April and May guests can enjoy 4 nights for the price of
3 or 3 nights for the price of 2, provided reservations run from
Sunday - Thursday

Telephone and Internet Connection
Charges
There is a
telephone on the premises that may be used for free, for
local and toll free calls only. If you need to dial a
number that is outside of the 707 area code, you will need to
bring your own calling card. This phone line does not currently
have DSL (broadband). Connecting to the internet may be done by
using your own standard dial-up modem and your Internet Service
Provider's (ISP's) Web access phone directory (note: many ISP's
do have a 707 Web access number and/or a toll free number for
dial-up connections)
Note: Cell
phone reception can be weak to non-existant, depending on which
cell phone service provider you use.

Optional
Damage Waiver
Guests are liable for any and all damage incurred during their
stay. For an additional $35 (non refundable) an Optional Damage
Waiver can be purchased. This will cover the cost of any accidental
damage. It does not cover intentional damage.

Fees,
Taxes and Other Important Information

Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4 night minimum and special
holiday rates apply.
- July and August visits subject to 7 night minimum when booked
prior to May 1st.
- Monthly rates available upon request.
- No reservation or security deposit required.
- Full balance due 21 days prior to arrival date for non-holiday
reservations
- Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival date for holiday reservations
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Rates subject to 9% Hotel Tax.
- Rates subject to 2% tourism assessment.
- Reservations subject to $30 processing fee when reservations
are made.
- Reservations subject to $50 cancellation fee.
- Pets are permitted subject to a $50 per pet fee.
- Check in time 3 PM. Check out time 12 PM.
- Mid-week Specials and Golf Discounts may be available upon request.
- Visa/MasterCard accepted.
